What happens after the trial?
Your 14-day Pro trial needs no card and does not auto-charge. Afterward, use Free Starter for up to five active clients or choose a paid plan. If you are over capacity, saved history is retained while new coaching edits and logging pause until your roster fits an available plan.
What counts as an active client?
A client you have not archived, including one with a pending invitation. Archiving frees capacity and keeps saved history. Adding clients never silently changes your paid plan.
Do clients need their own subscription?
Client access to the coaching you share is included. What they pay you for your services is separate from your CoachAgain software subscription.
What are the payment fees?
Online card collection requires Payments & Packages and completed Stripe onboarding. The add-on is $7/month or $70/year, with a 0.25% CoachAgain fee plus actual Stripe processing. International cards, currency conversion, refunds and disputes can affect the final amount.
How do my clients access their coaching?
Invite them to their client web portal to see the plans and features you share. The Android and iPhone/iPad client apps are in store review. Native coach apps are planned. Client subscription management stays on the web.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Manage your subscription in workspace Billing and review price or capacity changes before confirming. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period without automatically deleting records. Annual prices are paid upfront, not monthly installments.
