Your rate has to support more than the session.
Add your monthly operating-income goal to fixed monthly costs. Divide by average monthly paid sessions, then adjust for variable costs. The calculator uses 52 weeks divided by 12 months and rounds the required price up to the nearest cent.
(Monthly goal + fixed costs) ÷ [weekly paid sessions × (52 ÷ 12) × (1 − variable-cost rate)]Use the number as a starting point, not a ceiling.
Your experience, local demand, session format and service level still matter. Include realistic paid sessions after time off and cancellations; do not treat every working hour as billable.

Is this the price I should charge?
It is the rate needed under the assumptions you enter, not a market recommendation or income guarantee. Consider your qualifications, demand, session duration and the value of your full offer before setting your price.
Why use 52 ÷ 12 rather than four weeks?
A calendar year has about 52 weeks. Dividing by 12 gives an average of 4.33 weeks per month. If you take time off, lower the weekly paid-session estimate to reflect your expected annual average.
Can I use this for a monthly package?
